- Your own scripts and shortcuts come first; Hide MS tucks Windows' own entries away.
- Shows who signed each file and flags the ones whose file is missing.
- Delay a program's start, add one by dropping an .exe, or delete an entry.
- One 240 KB file: no installer, nothing written to disk except your changes.

Runo is free. It works on Windows 10 and 11, keeps nothing about you, and never goes online – your system stays yours. Run it as administrator to manage tasks, services, and entries for all users.
Like every tool here, it started as a small annoyance in my own routine. It comes as it is, with no warranty – just a small tool, shared in good faith.
